If you're not feeling Jackd N Juicy after your purchase of garments, then please feel free to send back. Our aim is to provide the comfiest clothes whether you decide to train in or to lounge in, if you're not satisfied then we aren't either.

An invoice will be sent to you via email. This is your proof of payment and also your guarantee.

If you wish to return an item(s) please return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt. Any items not returned within this timescale may be refused or subject to a re-stocking fee of 20% to cover any associated costs.

Returned items must be accompanied by a copy of your paid invoice or Jackd N Juicy reference number and in the original packaging, stating the reason for return. Items returned in an unacceptable state may not receive a full refund.

Customers should arrange their own return courier. After we have established that the item is unused and undamaged, you will be refunded the entire sales price excluding original cost of delivery within seven days.
